Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Carrot Custard Pudding recipe, wash the carrot, peel the skin and grate it
Step 2: Take custard powder in a bowl, add 6 tablespoons of milk to it and mix without lumps
Step 3: Keep aside
Step 4: Boil 3 cups of milk in a pan
Step 5: Once it comes to boil, reduce the flame and add grated carrots to it
Step 6: Mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the carrots gets cooked
Step 7: Now add the sugar and prepared custard mixture to it
Step 8: Keep stirring in medium flame until the custard becomes little thick
Step 9: Switch off the flame and allow it to cool
Step 10: Refrigerate it for an hour before serving
Step 11: Transfer the chilled custard to serving bowl and garnish with chopped nuts
Step 12: Serve and enjoy this yummy carrot pudding
