Besan (chickpea flour)
1 small cup (100g)
Red Onion
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Olive Oil

Zucchini
0.5 cup, grated (100g)
Carrot
0.5 cup, grated (100g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add water gradually to make a smooth batter of medium consistency.
Add the chopped onions, grated zucchini and carrot to the batter and mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
Heat the appe maker and lightly grease each cavity with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
Place a spoonful of the vegetable batter into each cavity of the appe maker.
Cook the pakoras on medium heat, flipping them occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
Serve hot.
