Chopped Tomato

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Stir in chopped garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan. Cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add sliced capsicum to the pan. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to become tender.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the mixture simmer for another 5-7 minutes, or until the capsicum is soft and cooked to your liking.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
