White Cabbage, Raw
200 gms (200g)
Clove Garlic, Minced
1 tsp (5g)
Olive Oil

Common salt

Plain Water
2 medium cup (500g)
Cucumber
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)

Preparation
-Wash the cabbage and shred it finely.
Cooking Steps
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden.
Add the shredded cabbage to the pot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage softens slightly.
Pour in water and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the cabbage is fully softened.
Add the chopped cucumber, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
Remove the pot from the heat and let the soup cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer the soup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the blended soup into a container and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until chilled.
Pour the chilled soup into bowls, serve cool
