Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make the cabbage capsicum vegetable recipe, firstly put the cabbage in the pressure cooker with 2 tablespoons of water and cook it till 1 city comes
Step 2: Remove the pressure, open the cooker and keep it aside
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan
Step 4: Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter
Step 5: Now add asafoetida, turmeric powder and dry red chilli
Step 6: After 10 seconds, add capsicum to it and cook till it becomes soft
Step 7: Now add the cooked cabbage and mix it
Step 8: Add coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and mix
Step 9: Cover the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes
Step 10: Turn off the gas, add lemon juice and garnish with green coriander
Step 11: Serve Cabbage Capsicum Sabzi with Panchmel Dal, Bundi Raita and Phulka
