Step 1: To prepare Cabbage & Buttermilk Curry Recipe, prep up with all the ingredients needed

Step 2: Heat oil in a Kadai on a medium flame and add mustard seeds

Step 3: Once mustard seeds splutter, add asafoetida, salt, and turmeric
