Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Burnt Garlic Chicken Fried Rice, heat oil in a wok/kadhai on medium heat and add chopped garlic to it

Step 11: A little old rice ideally works best for fried rice
Step 12: Turn off the flame
Step 13: In a small pan, heat the olive oil and add the sliced garlic
Step 14: Fry till they turn deep brown in color
Step 15: Pour half the burnt garlic in the rice and mix well
