Onion Finely Chopped
0.5 medium cup (80g)
Chopped Green Chilli

Mustard seeds

1 small cup (100g)
Instructions
Preparation
Rinse the brown rice flakes poha in a sieve under running water for a few seconds. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and green chilies and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Add the drained brown rice poha and mix well, ensuring the poha is coated in the masala.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the poha is heated through.
Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
