Cooking Steps
Toast the brown bread slices until they are crisp and golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes.
Break the toasted bread slices into small pieces and transfer them to a bowl.
Add water to the bowl and let the bread soak for 5-10 minutes until it softens.
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add the soaked bread to the pan and mix well, ensuring the bread is coated in the spices.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bread is heated through and lightly browned.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
