Broccoli
2 small cup floret (200g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Black Pepper

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and let them boil for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly soft.
Drain the broccoli florets and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process. This will also help remove the excess potassium.
In a steamer basket, steam the broccoli florets for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it is fragrant.
Add the steamed broccoli to the pan and toss it with the garlic and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the broccoli immediately.
