1 medium cup (250g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a saucepan add minced garlic with chopped onion and sauté for about 5 mins.
Now add chopped broccoli florets and sauté for another 2 mins.
Add water and let it boil till broccoli florets turns soft and tender.
Now transfer the stock in a mixer and grind it in a paste
Now shift the above garlic-onion paste to the saucepan and cook on a medium flame with lactose free milk added to it and keep stirring to adjust the consistency.
Add the broccoli paste to the pan.
Sprinkle salt, and black pepper powder.
Serve it.
