Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Broccoli Mushroom Bean Sprouts Stir Fry recipe, let’s start with blanching Broccoli and Mushroom
Step 2: In a medium sized pot, add water and bring it to boil
Step 3: Once water starts boiling, add chopped Broccoli florets and boil it for 2-3 minutes
Step 4: Drain the hot water immediately and place the broccoli in cold water
Step 5: Similarly, blanch mushroom as per the above procedure
Step 6: In a wok/kadhai, add oil and heat it over medium heat
Step 7: Once the oil is hot, add garlic cloves and fry until they turn light brownish
Step 8: Increase the flame, and add soya sauce
Step 9: Let it boil for a minute
Step 10: Add blanched broccoli florets, mushroom and bell pepper to the kadhai
Step 11: Stir fry them on high heat
Step 12: Fry until the broccoli florets become crunchy and water is absorbed completely
Step 13: Now, add bean sprouts to the stirred vegetables
Step 14: Combine them well until they are blended well
Step 15: Season it with salt and switch off the flame
Step 16: The soy sauce will have salt
Step 17: Hence, check and add salt cautiously
