Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli, carrots, and cabbage. Drizzle with sesame oil and light soy sauce. Toss well to coat all the vegetables evenly.
Place the marinated vegetables in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Check the vegetables after 10 minutes. They should be tender yet slightly crisp.
After air frying, transfer the cooked vegetables to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the vegetables and toss gently to combine.
