Preparation
Steam Broccoli
- Lightly steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crunchy. Let them cool before adding to the salad.
Prepare Dressing:
-Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Cooking Steps
