Instructions
Cooking Steps
Cut the brown bread into small pieces and grind them into coarse crumbs in a food processor.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and green chili. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add green peas and chopped carrot, cook it until soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add the bread crumbs and mix well, ensuring the bread crumbs are coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the bread crumbs are cooked and have absorbed the flavors of the masala.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
