1.5 cup (360g)
Wheat Flour (Atta)
1 small bowl (100g)
Plain Water
1.5 medium glass (300g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)

Cooking Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat bran, whole wheat flour, and salt.
Add oil to the mixture and mix well with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Gradually add water and knead the mixture to form a smooth dough. Add more water if needed.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Place the roti on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until brown spots appear.
Flip the roti over and cook the other side until brown spots appear.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot with your favorite curry or vegetable dish.
