Step 1: To make Brahmi chutney, first clean and wash the Brahmi leaves

Step 2: Now heat coconut oil in a pan

Step 3: Now add urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida

Step 4: Cook until lentils turn golden

Step 5: Turn off the gas and let it cool down

Step 6: Now pour this mixture into the mixer grinder

Step 7: Add salt, tamarind, coconut and Brahmi leaves, add some water and grind it

Step 8: Grind it out in a bowl and serve

Step 9: Serve brahmi chutney with ghee dosa or dosa of your choice for breakfast
