Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make vegetable of boondi and green onion, first heat oil in a pan
Step 2: Add cumin and asafoetida and cook it for 10 seconds
Step 3: Now add garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
Step 4: Add coconut powder to it and cook it for 30 seconds
Step 5: Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt
Step 6: Now add green onion leaves and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 7: After this add tomatoes and some water
Step 8: Cook for 1 more minute
Step 9: Now add mango powder to it and mix
Step 10: Add boondi on top
Step 11: Do not mix it and cover the pan
Step 12: Cook until the boondi becomes soft
Step 13: Serve
Step 14: Serve boondi and green onion vegetables along with garlic lentils and phulka for dinner
