Plain Water
1 small cup (200g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the oat groats under running water and drain them well.
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the oat groats to the pot and stir well.
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid.
Let the oat groats simmer for 50-60 minutes or until they are tender and have absorbed most of the water.
Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Fluff the oat groats with a fork and serve hot.
