Roasted Cumin powder

Preparation
Boiling Chickpeas:
- Soak chickpeas overnight or for 8-10 hours.
- Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas.
- Pressure cook the chickpeas with water and a pinch of salt for 3-4 whistles or until soft.
- Drain excess water and allow the boiled chickpeas to cool to room temperature.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cucumbers.
Add finely chopped green chilies, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture and toss everything well.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Serve it.
