Step 1: To begin making the Biryani Masala Powder, heat a flat griddle, roast the coriander seeds and peppercorns first for 10 seconds

Step 2: Add the cumin seeds, jeera, cloves, cinnamon and roast them for 10 more seconds

Step 3: Next add the remaining ingredients into the same pan and roast them all for 1 minute

Step 4: Cool it down and grind it into a smooth powder

Step 5: Store it in a mason jar and use it when it is required

Step 6: Serve the Biryani Masala Powder to make Dum Biryani or Hyderabad Kuska to enjoy Sunday lunch
