Step 1: To begin making the Bhopli Mirchi Chi Peeth Perun Bhaji Recipe, prep up all the ingredients required
Step 2: Dry roast besan till aromatic, on low medium heat
Step 3: Transfer to a bowl and keep aside
Step 4: In a pan/kadai, heat oil
Step 5: Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them crackle
Step 6: When they splutter, add hing, curry leaves and red chilli
Step 7: Later add green chillies and onion
Step 8: Fry till they turn translucent
Step 9: Next add capsicum
Step 10: Cook uncovered for about 5-6 minutes stirring at intervals
Step 11: When capsicum is crispy but a bit cooked, add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, coriander powder and cumin powder
Step 12: Mix well
Step 13: After a few minutes, sprinkle besan little by little, 1 tablespoon at a time such that it does not get lumpy
Step 14: Combine well so that no lumps are formed
Step 15: Then gradually sprinkle the rest of the gram flour while mixing the sabzi well
Step 16: After you have mixed in all 3 tablespoons of besan, add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and garam masala powder
Step 17: Mix well
Step 18: Cook on medium high heat for another 3-4 minutes so that all masala is coated well to capsicum and besan
Step 19: you can sprinkle a little water to bring everything together, instead of oil and it works the same though
