Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Bhindi Raita, firstly put ladyfinger in a bowl
Step 2: Add some oil, salt and red chili powder to it
Step 3: Mix well
Step 4: Microwave this mixture for 5 to 6 minutes until it hardens
Step 5: Keep mixing with it between bitches and make sure that the lady finger is not burnt
Step 6: Let it cool down
Step 7: You can also cook okra by adding some oil in the pan
Step 8: Now add yogurt, salt, groundnut powder, cumin, red chili powder and asafoetida in a bowl
Step 9: Mix well
Step 10: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 11: Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chili powder and asafoetida
Step 12: Add ladyfinger to it and after 10 seconds put this tempering in the curd
Step 13: Mix and serve
Step 14: Serve Bhindi Raita with Garlic Dal, Sew Tomato vegetable and Phulka for dinner
