Cauliflower

Okra, Raw
0.5 cup, diced (100g)
Green Bell pepper
0.25 cup, cubed (50g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Chopped Tomato
0.5 small cup (50g)
Red chilli Powder

Instructions
Preparation
Steam gobhi florets for 5–6 minutes until tender but not mushy.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan or wok on medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes until they turn soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add gobhi (cauliflower) florets and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add bhindi (okra) and capsicum (green bell pepper). Stir fry for another 7-8 minutes on medium heat, ensuring the vegetables are evenly coated with spices.
Check for seasoning and adjust as required.
Serve hot.
