Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Bhindi & Capsicum Subzi Recipe, heat a kadai with oil, add chopped bhindi, sprinkle with salt and stir fry until they are done
Step 2: The ladies finger will slightly crisp up and become soft
Step 3: Once the ladies finger is crisp and cooked through remove the ladies finger into a bowl and keep aside
Step 4: Add some more oil to the same pan and add sprinkle cumin seeds and allow it to crackle
Step 5: Once the cumin seeds have crackled add the ginger and saute until it softensOnce done add capsicum and stir fry till they become soft
Step 6: Add bhindi along with all the spice powders and stir fry for few seconds
Step 7: Finally add grated coconut and toss well until it combines and turn off the heat
Step 8: Transfer Bhindi & Capsicum Sabzi into a serving bowl and serve hot
Step 9: Serve the Bhindi & Capsicum Sabzi Recipe along with tawa paratha, Dal Palak Recipe (Spinach And Lentil Curry) and Raita of your choice to make it a complete meal
