Instructions
Preparation
1 - Dry roast makhana in a pan over medium heat until crispy (about 3-4 minutes). Let them cool.
2- Dry roast raw peanuts, lightly until golden and crunchy.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the murmura (puffed rice), roasted makhana, and roasted peanuts.
Add the finely chopped onion, tomato, and dhaniya leaves (coriander leaves). Mix well.
Sprinkle salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala evenly over the mixture.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice and toss everything together until well combined.
Garnish with a few sprigs of coriander leaves for presentation.
Serve immediately to enjoy the crisp texture of the bhelpuri.
