Bhel (No Papri)
Bhel is a popular Indian snack that is typically made with puffed rice. In this recipe, we have replaced the papris with roasted chana dal and murmura (puffed rice), making it a healthier and gluten-free option. This recipe is vegetarian and does not contain nuts, making it a safe option for those with nut allergies.
