Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Bharwa Baingan Aur Pyaaz Ki Sabzi recipe, using a mixer grinder or pestle and mortar, grind the ginger, garlic and green chillies into a paste
Step 2: Combine the remaining masalas into a mixing bowl along with the ginger garlic paste
Step 3: Add salt and check the taste and adjust accordingly
Step 4: Make 4 slits in the brinjal and stuff the mixture into the slits of the brinjal
Step 5: Keep any excess mixture aside, we will use it in the masala
Step 6: Heat Figaro Olive oil in a pressure cooker and add the onions
Step 7: Saute until the onions becomes soft and translucent
Step 8: After the onions have become soft add the stuffed brinjals (bharwa Baingan), sprinkle salt, add the remaining masala and 1/4 cup of water
Step 9: Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles and turn off the heat
Step 10: Once done and the pressure has released completely, open the pressure cooker and stir gently
Step 11: Transfer Bharwa Baingan Aur Pyaaz Ki Sabzi to a serving bowl and serve warm
