Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Bharma Brinjal and Onion Vegetable, firstly put the ingredients given for the spices in a bowl and mix it well
Step 2: Now wash the brinjal with water and cut off the top of the brinjal
Step 3: Now put 2 cuts on top of the brinjals, cutting each other
Step 4: Do not cut the bottom part, otherwise you will not be able to fill the spices in the brinjal
Step 5: Now fill this spice inside the eggplant and keep it aside
Step 6: Now heat oil in a pan and add onions
Step 7: Cook until soft
Step 8: Now add the brinjal brinjals and cook for 2 minutes
Step 9: Cover the pan and let it cook till the eggplant becomes soft
Step 10: Once softened, garnish with green coriander and serve
Step 11: Serve the bharama brinjal and onion vegetable along with punchy lentils, boondi raita and phulka for dinner
