-Wash and crush almonds
Cooking Steps
In a saucepan, heat a ghee on medium heat and roast the gram flour (besan) over medium heat until it turns golden brown and gives off a nutty aroma.
Add the lactose free milk to the saucepan and whisk well to ensure there are no lumps.
Add cardamon powder and 2 crushed almond pieces. Mix well.
Let the milk come to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Once the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the Besan Milk cool for a few minutes.
Serve it.
