Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Besan Katli Ki Sabzi recipe, add gram flour, ginger, green chillies, salt and turmeric powder in a bowl and mix everything till it forms a dough
Step 2: Cut it into cubes and then boil it in a saucepan with the required water
Step 3: Keep them aside
Step 4: Heat ghee in a wok
Step 5: Add cumin seeds and onions
Step 6: Saute till the onions turns translucent
Step 7: Add ginger garlic paste and let it cook for another 2 minutes
Step 8: Add the tomato puree and all the masalas including salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder
Step 9: Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes and then add the required water
Step 10: Cook for another 5 minutes
Step 11: Now add the steamed gram flour dumplings and cook it for 5 minutes
Step 12: Once done, switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves
