Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the besan, curd ginger paste, green chili paste, turmeric powder, Eno, and salt. Mix everything well.
Add water to the mixture and whisk to form a smooth batter without any lumps.
Grease a dhokla plate or a microwave-safe bowl with oil.
Add fruit salt and lemon juice to the batter, mix well, and pour the batter into the greased plate or bowl.
Steam the dhokla for 15-20 minutes on medium heat until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the dhokla cool for a few minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
