Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, water, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, turmeric powder, salt, pepper, and chopped coriander leaves to make a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the besan batter onto the pan and spread it into a circular shape to make a thin cheela.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the cheela and cook until it is golden brown on both sides.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more cheelas.
Place a cheela spread yogurt on top.
Add sliced cucumber and bell pepper on top of the cheela.
Roll up the wrap tightly and secure it with a toothpick if needed.
Serve the Besan Cheela Wrap.
