Preparation
Thaw berries: If using frozen berries, allow them to thaw slightly for 5–7 minutes before blending.
Cooking Steps
Combine hung curd, mixed berries, and date paste in a blender.
Blend the mixture until smooth.
Pour the mixture into molds or an ice cube tray.
Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until completely set.
Once frozen, demould the berry bites and enjoy immediately.
