Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make chor chori, first wash and chop the sari vegetables well
Step 2: Keep it aside
Step 3: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 4: Add all the vegetables, turmeric powder and mustard paste to it
Step 5: Mix all and cover the pan and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes
Step 6: After the vegetable is cooked, turn off the gas and keep it aside
Step 7: Now heat oil in another pan
Step 8: Add asafoetida, five spices and green chili immediately
Step 9: Allow to cook for 30 seconds
Step 10: After 30 seconds, add the cooked vegetables and mix it
Step 11: Now add salt and sugar to it
Step 12: Mix it all
Step 13: After 2 minutes add 1 to 2 teaspoons of mustard oil, mix and garnish with green coriander
Step 14: Serve chor chori with Bengali leek and Bengali lentils for day or dinner
