Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Bengali flower Gobhi Paturi, first wash and chop the potatoes and cabbage
Step 2: Now pour water in a saucepan and let it boil
Step 3: After the water boils, add cauliflower and let it cook till it becomes soft
Step 4: Drain the water and keep the cauliflower separately
Step 5: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 6: Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 30 seconds
Step 7: Now add cabbage, potato, turmeric powder, salt and mix
Step 8: Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables are cooked
Step 9: Bitch kept shaking in between
Step 10: Mix poppy seeds in a cup of water and keep it separately for 5 minutes
Step 11: After that take out the water and grind it in a mixer grinder with green chillies
Step 12: Put this mixture in the pan
Step 13: Mix and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 14: Turn off the gas and serve
Step 15: Serve the Bengali Phool Gobhir Paturi with Cholar dal and Bengali lucchi for dinner
