0.5 small cup (50g)
Skimmed milk paneer (Homemade)
0.25 cup, crumbled (50g)
Beetroot
0.5 cup, grated (50g)
Chopped Onion
0.25 small cup (25g)
Chopped Tomato

Preparation
Hung curd:
Take regular skimmed milk curd and strain it to remove excess water. You can use a muslin cloth or a fine mesh strainer. Place the curd in the cloth or strainer and let it sit over a bowl for about 2-3 hours or until it thickens and most of the liquid has drained out. You'll be left with thick, creamy hung curd.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, crumble the paneer and add the hung curd to it. Mix well.
Add the grated beetroot, finely chopped onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt to the bowl. Mix well until everything is combined.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve it.
