Chickpeas (Raw)
1 small cup (100g)
Beetroot
1 medium (150g)
Clove Garlic, Minced
2 tsp (10g)
lemon juice
1 tbsp (15g)
Ground Cumin
1 tsp (2g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp (30g)
Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions
Preparation
-Wash, soak chickpeas overnight.
-Pressure cook chickpeas
-Wash, peel beetroot and boil it.
Cooking Steps
In a food processor, add the cooked chickpeas, boiled beetroot, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.
Pulse the ingredients until they are well combined and begin to form a paste.
Drizzle the olive oil into the food processor while it is still running and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
