Step 1: We begin making the Beetroot and Fig Chutney Recipe by heating a sauce pan with oil

Step 2: Crackle few ajwain seeds

Step 3: Then add in the chopped garlic

Step 4: Saute for few minutes

Step 5: Add in the Beetroot and figs

Step 6: Saute for 20 minutes

Step 7: Add in the nutmeg powder, red chilli powder, green chillies and add ¼ cup water and cook it till the vegetable is cooked
