Instructions
Preparation
-Soak chickpeas overnight.
-Pressure cook soaked chickpeas.
-Boiled beetroot and aloo and mash it.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine boiled mashed beetroot, boiled chickpeas, mashed potato, chopped coriander leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small tikkis.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush it with little oil.
Place the tikkis on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot.
