Preparation
-Toast Sesame Seeds:
- Lightly toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden and aromatic. Set aside.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, light soy sauce. Mix well.
Add green beans, cauliflower, and broccoli to the marinade. Toss well to ensure all the vegetables are evenly coated.
Place the marinated vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
After 10 minutes, check for doneness. The vegetables should be slightly crisp with a light char.
Transfer the cooked vegetables to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and toss gently.
