100 gms (100g)
Skimmed Milk Curd
1 cup (200g)
Roasted Cumin powder
1 tsp (5g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Instructions
Preparation
- cut the bathua leaves
Cooking Steps
Wash and blanch the Bathua leaves for a minute in boiling water, then drain and cool them.
Squeeze out excess water from the blanched Bathua leaves and chop them finely.
In a bowl, whisk the curd until smooth.
Add chopped Bathua leaves to the curd.
Season with roasted cumin powder and salt.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Chill the raita in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
