Preparation
-Wash & cut Basa fillet into small fillets
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and oil to make a marinade.
Place the Basa fish small fillets in the marinade and coat them well.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to develop.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Arrange the marinated Basa small fillets on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked and tender.
Remove from the oven and serve hot
