Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, combine the basa fish pieces, boiled and mashed potato, finely chopped onion, green chili, and fresh coriander leaves.
Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to the mixture. Mix well.
Grease a baking tray with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small tikkis or patties.
Place the tikkis on the greased baking tray or parchment paper.
Bake the tikkis in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Once done, remove the tray from the oven and let the tikkis cool slightly.
Serve hot.
