Cooking Steps
Rinse barnyard millet and moong dal in water and soak them for 30 minutes.
In a pressure cooker, add soaked barnyard millet, moong dal, chopped onion, tomato, mixed vegetables, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
Pressure cook the mixture for 2-3 whistles or until the lentils and millet are cooked.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
