Soak almonds (6–8 hrs, peel) and seeds (2–3 hrs, drain). Wash rose petals.
Blend almonds, seeds, cardamom, pistachios, black pepper, chilgoza, rose petals, and water until smooth.
Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Serve at room temperature.
