Preparation
Measure the flours and sift them together to remove any lumps.
Warm water slightly, as it helps in binding the dough easily.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine banana flour and jackfruit flour.
Slowly add warm water, a little at a time, while kneading to form a soft and pliable dough. Avoid making it too sticky or too dry.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes to hydrate and make it easier to roll.
