In a mixing bowl, combine banana flour.
Gradually add warm water or plant-based milk while kneading to form a soft, pliable dough. Avoid adding too much liquid; the dough should be firm and non-sticky.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small ball.
Dust a rolling surface with a small amount of banana flour. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Place the rolled roti on the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until light brown spots appear. Press gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
