Preparation
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
Cut the tomatoes in half and remove seeds if desired (optional, for a less watery texture).
Cooking Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking tray or dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
