200 gms (200g)
Common salt

Black Pepper

Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped

Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
Spread the sautéed onion and garlic mixture over the fish fillets.
Place the lemon slices on top of the fish fillets.
Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
